1. Order Processing
- Orders are usually processed within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- In case of stock unavailability or delays, our team will notify you via email/phone.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
- We ship through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post (depending on serviceability in your area).
- Estimated delivery time:
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 business days
- Remote / Non-serviceable Areas: 5–10 business days
- Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to logistics issues, natural delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, delivery location, and courier partner rates.
- From time to time, we may offer Free Shipping promotions.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.
- You can track your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website.
5. International Shipping
- Currently, we ship only within India.
- International shipping may be introduced in the future; updates will be posted on our website.
6. Undelivered / Returned Orders
- If a package is returned due to incorrect address, refusal to accept, or non-availability, the buyer will be responsible for re-shipping charges.
- For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, repeated refusals may result in blocking future COD service for that customer.
7. Damaged / Missing Items
- If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please raise a complaint with us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos at [info.quickpart@gmail.com].
- Claims made after 48 hours will not be entertained.
